If a corrected price is higher than the price you paid, we will contact you and offer to cancel the order with a full refund.
Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Refund Policy: 14 days No-Reason Returns
Eostart (HongKong) Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any eligible garment within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the parcel is delivered to you. To exercise this right, request a return authorization from [email protected] within 14 days, then ship the garment back within the return window we confirm in writing. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, makeup, and odors, with all original tags attached. Items marked as final sale, intimate apparel, and swimwear are excluded from the no-reason policy.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated only after the returned garment passes inspection at our facility. Refund processing and arrival of the funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date we receive and approve the return. This period covers our internal review, the reversal instruction issued to your payment provider, and the settlement performed by your bank or card issuer. Eostart (HongKong) Limited does not control the settlement speed of financial institutions.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from approval. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Where regional financial regulation mandates a longer settlement window, that statutory window applies to your transaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must submit any claim for a damaged or defective item within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or refund, and any refund follows the processing timelines stated in these terms.
